On a stormy day in 2024 I captured several photos as the ocean in the rip was whipped into a frenzy. This painting captures the wind whipping the waves in all different directions. The sky was amazing and although it was black in one direction a subtle warmth was emanating from the other direction. People lined the vantage points to watch the spectacle as it unfolded and I loved creating this work of art.
